PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup structure configured to accurately synthesize images captured at two viewpoints without using special image processing means, in a configuration of three-dimensional shape measurement which captures light reflected from an object at two viewpoints by means of an optical cutting method, while facilitating construction of an optical system, and to provide an image pickup head and a three-dimensional shape measurement apparatus.SOLUTION: An image pickup structure includes: a reflection surface 4 which makes reflected light captured at one viewpoint incident on a half mirror 8 for image superimposition; and a reflection surface 6 which makes reflected light captured at an opposite viewpoint incident on the mirror. Air-conversion lengths of two optical axes LU, LD are made equal to each other so that the optical axes LU, LD reaching the half mirror from a slit light irradiation position via the reflection surfaces 4, 6 may form a parallelogram having diagonals not orthogonal to each other.
