Disclosed are a frame sealing glue coating method and device, and a display device. The frame sealing glue coating method comprises: coating an ultraviolet-curing frame sealing glue (5) around a display area on a substrate (0); and coating a common frame sealing glue (4) outside the ultraviolet-curing frame sealing glue (5). The frame sealing glue coating method and device, and the display device, by coating frame sealing glues (4, 5) of different natures on different areas of a substrate (0), can reduce the pollution of liquid crystals by surrounding frame sealing glues and can also guarantee a bonding force between the frame sealing glues and the substrate, thereby improving the display quality of a liquid crystal panel.
