<p>Provided is a disposable underpants-type article for wear in which a tape fastener being pulled in a direction around the waist is stably latched and which can suppress formation of a step in the vicinity of both side edges of a liquid absorbing structure. The present invention is a disposable underpants-type article for wear in which at least a first waist region (14) out of first and second waist regions (13, 14) has elasticity in a lateral direction (X), and in which a tape fastener (20) comprises a proximal part (21) that is fixed proximate to a side edge part (14d) of the first waist region (14) and a distal part (22) that has a latching region (68) for detachably latching the tape fastener (20) onto a non-skin opposing face of the second waist region (13), wherein the latching region (68) is disposed in the second waist region (13) so as to overlap side edges (41c, 41d) of a liquid absorbing structure (41) in plan view.</p> |
