<p>Provided are an adhesive supply method and an adhesive supply system for a hot melt adhesive, which are used to supply a solid or liquid hot melt adhesive to an adhesive spray gun for a hot melt adhesive on a production line. In the method, the adhesive supply is achieved by means of transfer adhesive supply, surface heating and heating in a solid hot melt adhesive barrel. The system solves the traditional chronic problems and has relatively no adhesive smelting cylinder and no carbonization of hot melt adhesive by adding a transfer supply station to an existing adhesive supply system and using a disk-like heater to come into direct contact with the surface of a solid hot melt adhesive for heating. The present invention overcomes the following defects at present: shut down of the production line because the adhesive cannot be supplied normally cause by an adhesive smelting cylinder which is heated at a high temperature in the adhesive supply system being susceptible to the carbonization of the hot melt adhesive, and the blockage of the spray head of the adhesive spray gun because external impurities and dust are introduced in an open adhesive adding process; and the lowering of performance and unfavourable changes of the hot melt adhesive may be mitigated by continuing heating the liquid hot melt adhesive which has reached the construction temperature.</p> |
