PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility monitoring control system capable of storing an increased quantity of food for an extended period of time in a refrigerator of a shop at the time of power failure.SOLUTION: A monitoring control device 10 comprises: a monitoring section 10a which monitors food storing and retrieving information transmitted through an operation terminal 11 and state information transmitted through a power source device 15; and a control section 10b which turns off refrigerators 14 in stages, during power failure in accordance with a reduction in a remaining amount of a rechargeable battery 15b, in an ascending order of volumes of food inventories calculated from the food storing and retrieving information.
