A long-paddle short-blade composite stirrer, comprising a fixed plate (1), a group of long paddles (2), a connection plate (3) and a group of short blades (4). Upper ends of the long paddles (2) are fixed to the fixed plate (1); lower ends of the long paddles (2) are fixed to the top of the connection plate (3); the short blades (4) are fixed to the bottom of the connection plate (3).
