<p>Nodular cast iron inserting-connection tower rods are formed by sequentially connecting a bottom tower rod (1), middle tower rods (2, 3, 4, 5) and a top tower rod (6) comprising conical hollow rod bodies of nodular cast iron. The bottom tower rod (1) is divided into a flange (1.1) in a bottom segment, a bottom tower rod body part (1.3) in a middle segment and a bottom tower rod inserting-connection part (1.4) in an upper segment; middle tower rods (2, 3, 4, 5) are divided into middle tower rod inserting-receiving parts (2.1, 3.1, 4.1, 5.1) in a bottom segment, middle tower rod body parts (2.2, 3.2, 4.2, 5.2) in a middle segment and middle tower rod inserting-connection parts (2.3, 3.3, 4.3, 5.3) in an upper segment; and the top tower rod (6) is divided into a top tower rod inserting-receiving part (6.1) in a bottom segment, a top tower rod body part (6.2) in a middle segment and a tower cap (6.3) in an upper segment. The bottom tower rod inserting-connection part (1.4) is inserted into the middle tower rod inserting-receiving part (2.1) connected to the bottom tower rod (1), the middle tower rod inserting-connection part (2.3) connected to the bottom tower rod (1) is inserted into the middle tower rod inserting-receiving part (3.1) of a upper section connected thereto, and the middle tower rod inserting-connection part (5.3) of a top section is inserted into the top tower rod inserting-receiving part (6.1). A length of each inserting-connection part is 1-2 times of an outer diameter of an end face of the inserting-connection part. The tower rods are provided with high corrosion-resistant strength and low production cost, and are convenient to transport and mount.</p> |
