PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery ticket hardly occurring curling on a peelable peeling piece even at the time of manufacture or during operation time.SOLUTION: The delivery ticket includes a base material 21, and a delivery slip 101 and an attaching slip 103 superimposed on the base material 21 via a bonding layer 31. The delivery slip 101 has a peeling-start edge part 71, is peeled from the peeling-start edge part 71 to be separable from the base material 21 while the space between the delivery slip 101 and the attaching slip 103 is regarded as a boundary, and has a peeling-start region 301 having a prescribed width and provided along the boundary and a peeling-end edge region 307 provided at the edge part when the delivery slip 101 is separated, at one side where the peeling-start edge part 71 at the outer periphery of the delivery slip 101 is provided. The adhesive force of the peeling-start region 301 is weaker than the adhesive force of the peeling-end edge region 307. |
