<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm server for a pedestrian and portable terminal equipment capable of notifying a user of a danger correspondingly to a peripheral state when the user is using a smartphone while walking.SOLUTION: An alarm server for a pedestrian configured to notify an operation pedestrian as a pedestrian who is operating portable terminal equipment of peripheral information in a predetermined range where the operation pedestrian is walking to prevent an accident by the operation pedestrian includes: a mobile unit number detection part for detecting the number of mobile units as the number of mobile units in the predetermined range; a congestion detection part for comparing mobile unit density obtained from the number of the mobile units with a preliminarily set mobile unit density threshold, and for detecting whether or not the predetermined range is in a congested congestion state; and an information notification part for notifying the operation pedestrian of the peripheral information including congestion information indicating the congestion state in the predetermined range.</p> |
