<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method and system which can discriminate failure that occurs during the winding process in real time while winding film into a roll.SOLUTION: A failure occurring during the process of winding the film into a roll is discriminated in real time and the method and system prevents the film from continuing to be wound while the failure is left by irradiating with light the winding portion of the film wound into the roll, photographing the part irradiated with light and discriminating the low lightness point of a predetermined size obtained from the captured image as a winding failure portion.</p> |
