<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate effect by an own weight of a resin outer plate member and paint the resin outer plate member while holding in a vertical state.SOLUTION: An upper end of a fender panel 1 is supported by a support body 3 in a vertically suspended state of the fender panel (a resin outer plate member) 1. The fender panel 1 is held by a holding jig 5 having an upper side engagement body 7, a lower side engagement body 8, a connecting body 9 formed of same material as the fender panel 1, and a guide body 6 for covering the connecting body 9. Rod bodies 7b, 8b of both of the engagement bodies 7, 8 are arranged so as to be engaged with the panel 1. Thereby, even when the fender panel 1 is thermally expanded during baking, the connecting body 9 of the same material thermally expands similarly. Thus, deformation of the fender panel 1 during baking can be restricted by the holding jig 5, and the fender panel 1 can be held in the vertical position and can be painted while preventing thermal deformation by the own weight of the fender panel 1.</p> |
