<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutoff device by which it is not necessary to individually handle a cutoff panel and a block member when performing construction work or the like in a construction site, and the panel and the member can be handled as an integrated member.SOLUTION: A cutoff device has a cutoff panel 10 which blocks at least a part of an opening part which is formed as an entrance 2 or the like at an immovable body of a ground construction 1 or the like. A notch 30 which is formed into a U shape or a substantially-U shape in a notched state toward a lower end from an upper end of the cutoff panel 10 is formed at the cutoff panel 10, and the notch 30 is blocked by a block member such as a door 20 so as to be releasable. The block member is not separable from the cutoff panel 10 as a whole, and a part of the block member is connected to the cutoff panel 10 with, for example, a hinge 21.</p> |
