<p>There is provided an electrostatic induction power generator which can easily improve the accuracy of a distance between surfaces of a pair of substrates facing each other. The electrostatic induction power generator includes a spherical member 151 for making a distance between surfaces of a first substrate 120 and a second substrate 130 facing each other constant. A housing 110 is provided with a first reference surface 111 to which a surface of the second substrate 130 facing the first substrate 120 is fixed and which is a positioning reference for the second substrate 130 with respect to the surface facing the first substrate 120 in a vertical direction, and a second reference surface 112a with which the spherical member 151 is slidably in contact and which is a positioning reference for the spherical member 151 with respect to the surface facing the first substrate 120 in the vertical direction.
