The present invention relates to: a single-ingredient isocyanate prepolymer mixture for polyurethane product formulation in a single step process; and a method for formulating single-ingredient polyurethane foam based on the mixture. The mixture includes: 3% or smaller, or preferably 2% or smaller, or more preferably 1% or smaller of monomer methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) with respect to the total weight; and monofunctional alcohol, an isocyanate ingredient or an isocyanate mixture ingredient, a propellant, a catalyst, a stabilizer, and at least one polyol. Monofunctional alcohol constitutes glycol ether or proplyene glycol ether. |
