The second acquisition unit acquires second identification information identifying the person. When the same combination as a combination of the first identification information acquired on first date and time, and the second identification information acquired on second date and time corresponding to the first date and time is acquired on third date and time different from the first date and time, the associating unit associates the first identification information with the second identification information in the combination. |
