<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high strength electrolytic copper foil for forming a fine pitch circuit, for which Corson alloy foil is substitutionally usable.SOLUTION: Provided is electrolytic foil obtained by electrolyzing a copper electrolyte, comprising sulfur by 110 to 400 ppm and chlorine by 150 to 280 ppm (excluding 280 ppm), and in which conductivity is 48% IACS or higher, and also, the value of tensile strength in an ordinary state is 70 kgf/mmor higher.</p> |
