<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an optical film capable of reducing failures such as loosening of winding, winding shift, horseback failure generated during winding and failures such as transfer and adhesion generated during storage, when manufacturing a wide, thin-film, and long optical film by high-speed winding. <P>SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing the optical film for winding the optical film around a winding shaft while applying knurling to both ends to turn it into a roll body, the winding of the optical film to the winding shaft is characterized in that the winding length of the roll body and the number of revolutions of the shaft are measured, and a gap of the optical film wound around the winding shaft is controlled on the basis of the measured information while changing the height of the knurling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
