<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device for a vehicle, which is provided with an opening/closing mechanism with a small number of components. <P>SOLUTION: An opening/closing mechanism 3 of the storage device for the vehicle comprises: a rotary support body 32; first and second bolt members 33 and 34; an energizing member 35a; and an operation part 31. The rotary support body 32 has a rotation center part 32b that is rotatably pivoted in a lid 2 and first and second fitting protrusion parts 32c and 32d which are arranged at an opposite side to each other while setting the rotation center part 32b as a center. First and second recess parts 36f and 36g provided at the first and second bolt members 33 and 34 extend to an opposite side to each other while interposing the rotation center part 32b therebetween and are fitted to the first and second fitting protrusion parts 32c and 32d. The first and second bolt members 33 and 34 move back and forth so as to be engaged with/disengaged from first and second engaging parts 11a and 11b which are provided at a circumference of a box part 1.
