The present invention relates to a method for an energy control server of a building to diagnose energy consumption of the building in real-time for saving building energy. The method comprises the steps of: setting an energy consumption factor in the building; defining a diagnosis factor for the consumption factor; modeling energy consumption of the building according to a repetitive pattern of a specific period according to the consumption factor and the diagnosis factor; determining an optimum energy scenario of the building to control the diagnosis factor according to the consumption factor by a fixed unit time in the repetitive pattern; comparing a real-time monitoring value with an optimum condition value according to the optimum energy scenario by referring to the diagnosis factor according to the consumption factor; and displaying the comparison result between the real-time monitoring value and the optimum condition value. The method can monitor energy consumption of the building by reflecting the repetitive pattern of the specific period and seasonal factors. |
