The present invention relates to a joint line location determination device for knee joint replacement arthroplasty and more specifically relates to a joint line location determination device for knee joint replacement arthroplasty, through which a joint line location is measured so that new thigh elements are correctly inserted into the measured joint line location before removing the existing thigh elements from the thigh bones during knee joint replacement arthroplasty, thus the new joint line is formed in the same location as the opposite thigh and also if a bone loss needs to be supplemented by inserting a block between the thigh bone and the thigh element due to a loss of the thigh bone, the location of cross section for the thigh bone can be determined based on the joint line location.
