The present invention relates to a random access performing method in a wireless communications system. Specifically the present invention relates to a random connection performing method in a wireless communications system, which comprises the steps of: transferring preamble upward; receiving a random access response message including back-off information as a response to the preamble; and performing back-off by using the back-off information when the random access is failed.
