The present invention is to significantly reduce equipment costs at a time of manufacturing a one-way clutch inner race assembly constituting an automatic transmission of a vehicle, to improve durability, and to reduce manufacturing costs wherein any one of a seamless pipe, a round rod, and a rear plate is hot-forged or cold-forged to provisionally form an inner race coupling protrusion round portion and a spline of an over-driver, a spline of the inner race and an over-driver coupling round groove portion provisionally formed, then inner and outer diameter processing based on transverse cutting, annealing heat treatment, lubricating, cold-forging, precise linear cutting, oil hole punching, and gas softening are sequentially performed to manufacture the over-driver and the inner race, and integrated into a single body by welding. According to the present invention, since the spline of the over-driver, the inner race coupling protrusion round portion, the spline of the inner race, and the over-driver coupling round groove portion are manufactured with a seamless pipe, a round rod, or a rear plate connected by welding; there is an effect of reducing facility costs, the one-way clutch inner race assembly is manufactured by hot- or cold-forging, thereby shortening an operational process of an operator, manufacturing large amounts of products with excellent quality irrespective of proficiency is possible, reducing labor costs is possible, and economic benefits is possible to be obtained. |
