<p>The present invention relates to a solar cell module and a solar cell. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the solar cell comprises a semiconductor substrate; multiple first and second electrodes formed on the back of the semiconductor substrate while maintaining a certain interval; a first solar cell and a second solar cell containing insulation material equipped with a first sub electrode connected to the multiple first electrodes and a second sub electrode connected to the multiple second electrodes; and an inter-connector electrically connecting the first and the second solar cells. At the tip of the first the second sub electrodes for each of the first and the second solar cells, there exists at least one concave or penetration hole and part of the inter-connector is physically inserted into at least one concave or penetration hole formed at the end of the first and the second sub electrodes. According to the present invention, the solar cell applied to the solar cell module has at least one concave or penetration hole at the tip of the first and the second sub electrodes.</p> |
