<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, a solid-side imaging device includes a pixel array wherein unit patterns are repeatedly arranged in the vertical and horizontal directions. The unit pattern includes: at least four pixels arranged in the vertical direction; and at least two pixels arranged in the horizontal direction. The unit pattern comprises pixels of a first group, including two first green pixels, and pixels of a second group, including two second green pixels. A red pixel or a blue pixel is interposed between two first green pixels to be arranged in the vertical direction.
