The present invention relates to a bicycle fitting method based on subject image processing formed with an algorithm comprising: a step of initializing a background image; a step of inputting a camera image; a step of calculating an average value of a difference between a front and a back of the image; a step of adapting the image; a step of calculating a difference between a current image and the background image; a step of calculating a binary image and a filling image; a step of tracing a boundary region; and a step of extracting a subject. Therefore, when using the present invention, a user can easily perform bicycle fitting.
