<p>The present invention relates to a highly-efficient instant liquid sterilizer capable of being hygienically managed and to a beverage manufacturing apparatus having the same. The instant liquid sterilizer includes: a heating pot which is heated by heat transmitted from the outside, has a liquid discharging hole on a lower portion thereof, and can be heated as introduced with liquid; a cover which can open and close the top of the heating pot, and includes a liquid inlet which can be opened and closed to allow liquid, supplied from the outside, to be inserted in the heating pot while the top of the heating pot is closed; and a heat exchanging body that includes a sterilization liquid inlet which is connected with the liquid inlet, a sterilization liquid outlet which discharges the liquid having been inserted through the sterilization liquid inlet, and a heating sterilization part which connects the sterilization liquid inlet with the sterilization liquid outlet and sterilizes the liquid being heated and flowing with heat, and is arranged in the heating pot or is formed to be disassembled.</p> |
