<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for operating a blast furnace with which in the case of using an ore-coke mixing method in the blast furnace operation, the consumption of the coke can be reduced by more efficient blast furnace operation with a reduction efficiency raised. <P>SOLUTION: When the coke-layer and coke-mixed ore layer mixed with the coke 2 and the ore 1, are alternately piled by charging the raw material from the furnace top part in the blast furnace, the blast furnace operating method is used having the peculiarity, in which the coke 2 is segregated at the upper part in the coke-mixed ore layer. It is preferable that the coke mixed within 50 vol.% at the upper part in the coke-mixed ore layer is mixed at≥60 mass%, and when the mixed raw materials mixing the coke and the ore are discharged from a furnace top bunker in a bell-less charging apparatus by using the bell-less charging apparatus, the mixed raw materials are charged into the furnace while inclining a circular chute in the bell-less charging apparatus from the center of the furnace to the furnace wall direction by forming the distribution to increase the mixing ratio of the coke in the mixed raw material at the end-stage of the discharging. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
