<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a seat back to return smoothly to a standing state, even if before it is completely folded. <P>SOLUTION: A seat cushion part for the stowable rear seat includes a seat cushion locking mechanism that locks a seat cushion body in a horizontal state. The seat cushion locking mechanism includes: a restraining hook part that is pressed by the lock shaft body penetrating into the cutout of the base plate, rotates, and restrains the upward motion of the lock shaft body; and a ratchet part locking/releasing the restraining state of the restraining hook part. A one end part of the ratchet part is engaged with the restraining hook part and the ratchet part is energized in the direction to lock the restraining hook part. The other end part of the ratchet part is disposed on a rocking route of a rocking member and a first pressing surface pushed when the seat back body is tilted from the standing state and a second pressing surface pushed when stood up from the tilting state are formed to retract the ratchet part from the rocking path when pushed by the rocking member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
