<p>The present invention relates to a steel coil processing system and method. The steel coil processing system comprises: a laser processing unit (10) to cut a steel coil (1) at regular intervals without a burr while the steel coil (1) is transported from one side to the other side; a high-frequency or a low-frequency induction heating processing unit (20) which is disposed on one side of the laser processing unit (10) and heats the cut steel coil (1) at a high temperature to allow the steel coil (1) to have a mechanical property; and an electrostatic painting processing unit (30) which is disposed on one side of the induction heating processing unit (20), forms foggy fine particles of a paint, and applies a voltage to the steel coil (1) to attach the paint to a surface of the steel coil (1). Accordingly, the steel coil undergoes the processes of laser processing, induction heating processing, and spray processing to maximize productivity and manufacturing processes to significantly improve quality and reliability to satisfy various user needs to provide a good impression.</p> |
