The present invention relates to a ball heating and press fitting system using a temperature control apparatus having an analog memory, more specifically, which comprises: a heating shaft (30) to heat a ball to be press fitted; a temperature measurement unit (20) measuring a chamber temperature inside the heating shaft (30); and a heating control unit (10) controlling air heating and air supply. The heating control unit (10) comprises: a cell array (100) having a plurality of memory cells; an absolute value circuit (200) wherein an analog signal and an input signal are inputted; and a WTA circuit (300) provided with an output value of the absolute value circuit (200). The memory cells comprise: a cell transistor; and a cell capacitor.
