<p>A performance measurement virtual server (42) logically mounted on a work physical server (3) generates a resource load in a physical resource when a work virtual server (32) is operating. A throughput index in a range causing no conflict between the operating work virtual server (32) and the physical resource is set for the performance measurement virtual server (42) mounted on the work physical server (3). A resource load generated by the performance measurement virtual server (42) for which the throughput index has been set is detected for each of the physical resources. An empty capacity is calculated for each of the physical resources of the work physical server (3) in accordance with the detected resource load and the throughput index. This can provide a data processing system which can evaluate the work physical server (3) without causing a conflict between the physical resources.</p> |
