The present invention relates to a baby food capable of color therapy and a manufacturing method thereof, and provides a baby food with color therapy effects and abundant beneficial ingredients per color by engrafting color therapy to a baby food. The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a pure baby food capable of color therapy, which is manufactured by heating at 90-100°C for 10-30 minutes, after steaming one selected from an apple, a sweet pumpkin, vitamins, blueberries, and a banana for 3-7 minutes in an oven at 110-130°C. |
