<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking utensil which uses a black lead layer for heating a cooking target evenly by radiating far-infrared rays, solves a problem in strength and durability against fracture of the black lead layer, and prevents black lead power generated from the black lead layer from attaching to the cooking target. <P>SOLUTION: The cooking utensil C includes: an outer protection layer 1 made of metal sheets; the black lead layer 2 provided in contact with the outer protection layer 1; and an inner protection layer 3 provided in contact with the black lead layer 2.
