PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for settling a processing responsible person of a proper item by the setting to associate organization information in the past with organization information after a change, when the processing responsible person of the item on route setting cannot settle the item drafted in a workflow with the organization information after the change, after changing the organization information.SOLUTION: When a processing responsible person cannot be settled for an item in which final consent has not ended after drafting when changing an organization after a change to the item, a workflow system can newly allocate the processing responsible person in the organization after the change according to specific rules, change the organization, and newly allocate the processing responsible person. When the system cannot newly allocate the processing responsible person not to settle the processing responsible person, the workflow system allocates the processing responsible person in the organization after the change by mapping setting, and changes the organization to settle the processing responsible person. Thereby, processing of the item is advanced. |
