<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a user in separate manners between the cases of obtained information being possibly incomplete and complete when using the information obtained from an apparatus to extract processes executed by the apparatus during a specified period. <P>SOLUTION: An information output device is configured to: repeatedly obtain process information indicating a history of processes executed by an apparatus during a given period from the apparatus after the given period and store the information in storage means; use the process information stored in the storage means to extract processes executed by the apparatus during a specified first period; and output information related to the extracted processes in a first mode if process information is obtained after the first period, or in a second mode different from the first mode if no process information is obtained after the first period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
