The present invention relates to an aluminum foil cutting device, and a cutting foil manufactured using the same. The aluminum foil cutting device comprises: a base body part having a base plate supported by a plurality of props, and one or more guide rollers installed in an upper part of the base plate; a material tension feeding part installed behind the base body part having a material feeding roller on which a foil material is wound, and a brake device connected to the material feeding roller to maintain tension of the foil material fed from the material feeding roller; a material transfer part having a driving roller installed in an upper part of the front side of the base plate and rotated by a driving force received from a material transfer motor, a contact roller being in contact with the upper part of the driving roller to be rotated, and horizontal guide rollers connected to the front side of the driving roller and the contact roller by material guide belts and interlocking members and rotated to horizontally pull forward the foil material fed between the driving roller and the contact roller via the guide rollers from the material feeding roller to be transferred at a predetermined length; and a foil cutting part having a lower cutter blade fixated close to the front side of a lower horizontal guide roller, an upper cutter blade installed in the upper part of the front side of the lower cutter blade to vertically be moved to cut the foil material transferred from the material transfer part while crossing in a state where the upper cutter blade is in contact with the front surface of the lower cutter blade in descending, and an air discharge pipe installed in the lower part of the front side of the upper cutter blade to spray downward air such that cut foils stuck on the upper cutter blade can be dropped downwards. The present invention smoothly cuts the foil material in the foil cutting part by maintaining a constant tension of the foil material fed from the material feeding roller as the brake device is connected to the material feeding roller by a gear coupling method; stably pulls back and forth the foil material fed between the driving roller and the contact roller in a horizontal direction while preventing the foil material from being wound on the driving roller or the contact roller by connecting the horizontal guide rollers to the front side of the driving roller and the contact roller of the material transfer part by the material guide belts and the interlocking members; and manufactures high quality cut foils through smooth cutting treatment by dropping the cutting foils stuck on the upper cutter blade in a cutting process to automatically be loaded as the air discharge pipe for spraying downward the air is installed in the lower part of the front side of the upper cutter blade.
