<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a thermal spraying nut from rusting before fastening it, and to reduce the friction force in fastening the thermal spraying nut. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal spraying fastener includes: a thermal spraying bolt 2 with a sprayed coating 10 formed by performing thermal spraying on, at least, a screw part; and a thermal spraying nut 3 which has a contact surface 3a on a fastened body 100 side, an inner screw part 3b to be fastened to a screw part 2c of the thermal spraying bolt 2 with the fastened body 100 between them, a casing surface 3c which is other than the contact surface 3a and the inner screw part 3b, and sprayed coatings 20a and 20b formed by performing thermal spraying on the contact surface 3a and the casing surface 3c. In the thermal spraying nut 3, the sprayed coating 20a of the contact surface 3a and the inner screw part 3b are coated with a lubricating agent to form lubricating layers 21a and 21b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
