The present invention relates to a horse riding exercise device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the horse riding exercise device includes: a saddle on which a user can sit; a saddle base that supports the saddle and is vertically moved; a linear motor that generates the driving force to move the base and that includes a screw that moves in a linear manner; and a damping assembly that can be moved along with the screw and that includes at least one spring. Also the saddle base includes multiple bases moving independently.
