<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve speed control of a train by transmitting a train control signal from a ground device to the train through wires. <P>SOLUTION: In an automatic train control device, the ATC ground device 3 is connected with a feeder control device 4 in an electrical substation 2 so that the ATC signal is transmitted through a wire 6 to which the electrical substation 2 and the train 8 are connected.
