<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit capable of reducing the current consumption in a digital-type display device using a monopolar TFT. <P>SOLUTION: A latch circuit holds a digital video signal. When a digital video signal is inputted to the input electrode of the TFT 101, the latch circuit outputs a non-inverted output signal from the output electrode of the TFT 101, and outputs inverted output signals from the output electrodes of a TFT 102 and a TFT 103. Due to the two systems of the non-inverted output and the inverted output, the period for forming a direct current path between power sources can be reduced when a subsequent-stage buffer is driven, resulting in reduction of current consumption. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
