<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide white mold cheese having the surface accreted with a taste substance, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing this white mold cheese includes processes of: molding a cheese curd and the white mold cheese to whose surface the taste substance adheres; fermenting the molded cheese curd until white mold grows up on the surface of the cheese curd; accreting the taste substance onto the surface of the cheese curd on which the white mold has grown up; and really maturing the cheese curd on which the taste substance is placed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
