摘要 The present invention relates to a method for wholly or partially manufacturing three-dimensional metal or a ceramic article/component for a selective laser melting additive comprising: a step of continuously manufacturing the article or the component directly by lamination from a powder bed of metal or a ceramic base material by re-melting layers by a high-energy laser beam; and a step of repeatedly moving across areas to be solidified. Movement of a laser beam on the surface of the powder bed is performed by superposition of continuous linear movement and at least one superimposed vibration having a predetermined frequency and amplitude, and the vibration is generated by a beam deflection device, and the same beam deflection device is also used for linear arrangement movement.
