<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a current storage circuit whose area can be reduced, whose configuration is made simple, since the number of elements is reduced, which can be operated under low power consumption, and in manufacturing of which high yield can be expected, and to achieve improvement of pixel aperture ratio, high reliability, high performance, and the like, in a display device by applying the current storage circuit to a current drive type display device such as an OLED display device.SOLUTION: A new semiconductor element in a shape such as a transistor having a plurality of drains or sources, is used. When the semiconductor elements are used for a writing element and a driving element, reading and storing of current value and current output can be performed by two semiconductor elements, thereby reduction of area can be markedly facilitated.</p> |
