The present invention relates to a precious slag (PS) ball construction method using safe and environmentally friendly packaging, including: a flattening step (S10) for flattening an underground surface for the construction and removing foreign substances from the underground surface; a drainage layer forming step (S20) for applying a mixture composed of 45-60 wt% of red clay, 20-30 wt% of a PS ball, and 15-30 wt% of water to the underground surface after the flattening step (S10) to harden the mixture into a drainage layer; a shock-absorbing layer forming step (S30); and an elastic layer forming step (S40) for forming an elastic layer mixed with an elastic chip and a binder on the top of the shock-absorbing layer. Therefore, the PS ball construction method using safe and environmentally friendly packaging easily absorbs external shock through the shock-absorbing layer made of a PS ball below the elastic layer to prevent the deformation of the elastic layer and damage to the elastic layer induced by external shock, thereby extending the service life of a packing material. |
