<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage suppressed in unfavorable smell inherent in collagen peptide. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage contains: collagen peptide; and at least one kind of fragrant material, and extract of a plant processed material which is selected from the group comprising (a) semi-fermented material of tea leaves, (b) dried partly-opened flower buds of jasmine, (c) roasted material of grain selected from the group of adlay and unpolished rice, (d) dried material of Houttuynia cordata and striped bamboo, and (e) roasted material of seed selected from the group of sesame seed, soybean and cassia seed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
