<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flow-type selenium analysis system in which water soluble selenium contained in sample water representatively such as desulfurized drain in a coal/thermal power station can be analyzed with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A water soluble selenium analysis system comprises a first treatment section which performs first treatment for decomposing organic substances contained in sample water, a second treatment section which performs second treatment for reducing hexavalent selenium contained in the sample water, on which the first treatment has been performed, fed from the first treatment section into quadrivalent selenium, a reduction vaporization section which performs reduction vaporization on quadrivalent selenium contained in the sample water, on which the second treatment has been performed, fed from the second treatment section into gaseous hydrogen selenide, and an analysis section which analyzes a water soluble selenium concentration of the sample water on the basis of a signal value which is obtained by detecting the gaseous hydrogen selenide fed from the reduction vaporization section through a gas introduction pipe by means of a gaseous hydrogen selenide detector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
