<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical laminate excellent in thin and lightweight properties and durability performance by laminating a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal cell substrate with an active energy ray-curable adhesive, and to appropriately cure the adhesive even when the polarizing plate has absorptivity for ultraviolet rays. <P>SOLUTION: The optical laminate 10 comprises a liquid crystal cell substrate 1 and a polarizing plate 5 having a polarizing film formed of a polyvinyl alcohol resin to which a dichroic dye is adsorbed and oriented, laminated via an adhesive layer 2. The adhesive layer 2 is a cured product of an active energy ray-curable resin composition containing an epoxy compound having at least one epoxy group in the molecule and a photosensitizer by 0.3 to 10 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the solid content of the composition. The optical laminate 10 can be produced by a method of curing a layer of the above composition, as in a sate of the composition layer disposed, by irradiation with active energy rays from the polarizing plate 5 side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
