<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for separation of smelting dust, capable of improving a rate of recovery of impurities from the smelting dust. <P>SOLUTION: A smelting dust separation apparatus includes: a separation tank where a slurry obtained by introducing the smelting dust into a leachate is introduced; and an upflow generator for generating upflow in the slurry in the separation tank. The separation tank has an outlet for exhausting the slurry staying in the upper part of the separation tank, and an outlet for exhausting the slurry staying in the lower part of the separation tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
