<p>The present invention relates to a photoelectrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell, a manufacturing method thereof, and a dye-sensitized solar cell using the same, and more specifically, to a photoelectrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell, a manufacturing method thereof, and a dye-sensitized solar cell using the same capable of improving electron mobility by using a titanium dioxide nanotube layer, and improving energy conversion efficiency by allowing a porous layer of nanoparticles to absorb a large amount of dye. The photoelectrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell according to the present invention comprises: a first titanium dioxide nanoparticle layer formed on a conductive transparent electrode; a second titanium dioxide nanoparticle layer into which dye is absorbed; and a titanium dioxide nanotube layer disposed between the first titanium dioxide nanoparticle layer and the second titanium dioxide nanoparticle layer. Accordingly, electrons injected from the dye move through the first titanium dioxide nanoparticle layer to the titanium dioxide nanotube layer of high conductivity to improve a transfer speed of photoelectrons, and a large amount of dye is absorbed into the porous layer of nanoparticles to improve photoconversion efficiency.</p> |
