<p>The present invention relates to a modified recycling asphalt concrete composition and a manufacturing method thereof, which uses waste asphalts peeled off from the paved roads during various electricity and faucet water pipe construction works as the main ingredients and adds modified recycling additives to maintain strength and provide high elasticity as well as excellent durability, anti chemical properties, anti abrasion properties and UV stability and which is composed of per 100 wt% of waste asphalt concrete; 100 to 150 wt% of recycling aggregates; 10 to 20 wt% of new asphalts; 10 to 20 wt% of macromolecular modifiers; and 2 to 10 wt% of recycling additives maintaining a 1:1:1 ratio of surfactant, wax and vegetable oil.</p> |
